Human Rights Policy
Shupin Technology strictly complies with the laws and regulations of all operating locations and safeguards the human rights of all personnel, including full-time employees, contract and temporary staff, and interns. We firmly believe that respecting human rights and creating a dignified work environment is of utmost importance, and we are committed to eliminating any human rights violations. Shupin Technology refers to internationally recognized human rights standards such as the International Bill of Human Rights, the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact, and the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. We take actions consistent with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct, treating and respecting all personnel with dignity. Shupin Technology implements its human rights policy through the following guidelines.

Providing a Safe and Healthy Workplace
Shupin Technology values the safety and health of its employees. We require the provision of a safe and healthy workplace, in compliance with occupational safety and health regulations as well as internal rules.

Protecting Workplace Human Rights
Shupin Technology prohibits forced labor, human trafficking, child labor, and sexual harassment, as well as any human rights violations. We ensure that no employee is subjected to discrimination or unfair treatment based on race, class, language, ideology, religion, political stance, nationality, place of birth, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, appearance, disability, zodiac sign, blood type, or union membership. This ensures the protection of workplace human rights and the creation of a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Gender Equality
We strive to create a workplace free from harassment and discrimination, ensuring no differential treatment based on gender or sexual orientation, and eliminating unequal pay for equal work.

Promoting Labor-Management Harmony
We respect all personnel’s freedom of expression and participation, and we pledge not to interfere with or restrict their lawful rights. Based on privacy protection, we provide diverse and open communication channels for internal and external stakeholders. Regular labor-management meetings are held to discuss employee rights and welfare, aiming to protect employee interests, promote labor-management harmony, strengthen labor relations, and foster a friendly workplace environment.

Education and Training
We plan human rights protection training programs to communicate the concepts and importance of human rights, make complaint channels accessible, and establish a culture of respect for human rights.
